Since 1993, I have been committed to providing high quality, individualized, and respectful therapy services to clients interested in pursuing positive change and self-growth to enrich their lives.  I practice therapy using mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques, but with a strong emphasis on how our families and communities shape our individual identities.  I am trained and experienced to work with adults, adolescents, children, couples and families. Besides my therapy practice, I have a lifelong passion for movement and dance, and am active in teaching and performing various forms of movement.
