Welcome to my Therapy Practice Website!

Since 1993, I have been committed to providing high quality, individualized, and respectful therapy services to clients interested in pursuing positive change and self-growth to enrich their lives.  I practice therapy using mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques, but with a strong emphasis on how our families and communities shape our individual identities.  I am trained and experienced to work with adults, adolescents, children, couples and families. Besides my therapy practice, I have a lifelong passion for movement and dance, and am active in teaching and performing various forms of movement. These explorations of daily movement practice, inform my psychology work, as well. Explore my website to learn more about my work.  Or contact me below.
